A wonderful thing about a campaign is the chance to take a beat and reflect. These last four years have flown by: the son I carried during my first race is nearly four years old, and my oldest is heading into first grade. Like my family, our City has grown too, and I'd love to share our incredible progress with you.

District elections are designed to ensure regional diversity in the representation on City Council. Making sure City Council is comprised of residents throughout the various geographic communities ensures that more community specific issues and concerns are understood and addressed by the council.
